For fire departments and first responders
Dispatch. Respond.
Know who's coming.
Fire Respond sends the call to your members' phones, lets them respond with one tap, and shows the whole department who is en route and their estimated arrival, live.

How it works
From the tones dropping to trucks rolling, everyone sees the same picture.
Call comes in
A dispatcher sends it from the app, or your CAD system posts it straight to the API.
Members are paged
The call goes to the right page group or crew. Each member sees it on their phone instantly.
One-tap respond
Tap Respond and the app shares your location. The server works out your distance and ETA to the scene.
Everyone knows
Responders, officers and dispatch all see who is coming, who is on scene, and who is unavailable.
Built for the way departments actually run
Simple for members on a call, flexible for the officers who manage the roster.
Live location and ETA
Responders stream their position while en route. ETAs update continuously and clear automatically on arrival.
Page groups and crews
Create any number of page groups (all-call, officers, duty crew) and crews (stations, apparatus). Target a call at either.
Member profiles
Rank, badge number, qualifications and emergency contacts, visible to the whole department.
Seen and response tracking
See who has read the call and how each member responded, so officers never have to guess.
Secure by default
HTTPS everywhere, hashed credentials, per-device sessions you can revoke, and role-based permissions enforced server-side.
Fast and reliable
A compact, compiled backend with real-time event streaming, built to stay responsive when every second matters.
Roles that match your chain of command
Each organization has one owner. Everyone else gets exactly the access they need, and people who serve in more than one department can switch between them.
Connects to your dispatch centre
Fire Respond exposes a JSON API. A CAD system, paging gateway or a simple script can create calls with an organization API key: one HTTPS request, targeted at a page group by code.
Example
POST https://firerespond.com/api/v1/ingest/dispatches
with header X-API-Key and a body containing the title, message, address, coordinates and page_group_code.
